HEY! YOU CAUGHT ME MID CREATION!

As an artist based in Kentucky, my creations have found homes in more than 16 states nationwide. On a typical day, you’ll discover me in my home studio, usually with a Dr Pepper close at hand, stray paint in unexpected places, and an excessive number of brushes going all at once!

A woman with long dark hair and a beige sweater sits on a wicker chair inside a bright greenhouse, holding a small artist's palette. Behind her, a framed watercolor painting of white tulips in a blue vase is displayed on an easel. Sunlight filters through the glass panels of the greenhouse, casting natural light inside.
A watercolor or pastel drawing of a small, light-colored horse, lying on its side on a light background.
A digital art illustration of a running horse with a jockey on a colorful and abstract design.

The small joys of life—like cooking, traveling, and creating memories that turn any space into a home—are my greatest inspirations! While I’ll always pick a mountain getaway over a trip to the beach, I am deeply passionate about exploring new countries. I find that the unique stories, diverse cultures, and subtle details of everyday life across the globe consistently influence my creative process, ensuring those experiences always find a way back into my work.

At the center of everything I create is my faith. I believe creativity is something given with purpose, and I come back to that often. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works” — Ephesians 2:10. My favorite verse is a reminder that what I create, and why I create it, matters!

MY STORY

Growing up, I’ve always loved making art in some form or another! That love followed me from Indiana to Kentucky, where I went to college!

During that time, I started creating large-scale painted banners for Greek life events and activities. What started as simple involvement quickly turned into something more!

People asked for custom pet portraits, dorm and apartment decor, and personalized art. My college roommate urged me to post on Instagram, and I’ve been “faking it till I make it” ever since — paint under my nails and no plans to stop. If something here sparks an idea or feeling, let’s talk. I’d love to make something for you.
